Beat Your Procrastination And Laziness – Get Productive

Hello everyone,welcome back to the site.You are here following the  title this certainly means you too wants to beat your procrastination and laziness & get productive.I believe one of the biggest hurdles to productivity is procrastination and our general tendency to laziness.I feel and know how just this problem feels. So, here I am sharing my experience and  few ways out  to tackle and get over it and still remain productive through out the day and enjoy my time in desk. I am just going to share my experience and my ways to tackle with them to get over it,you may share your’s on comment box below.

First tip is simple and most familiar one:

 Minimize distraction around you when you work.

   You wake up early in the morning, get to your desk and decided to remain productive whole day. You make big to-do list forself for a day.You jump into your work and all of sudden you got a viber notification or a facebook group chat message from your school friends groups and you fall into it.We always think how just  this just a couple min of chatting cantake  away our productivity? But,my friends this tends to break our chain, our enthusiasm.So,my first suggestion  here is to keep your wifi off on your phone (I don’t suggest you to switch off your phone,I don’t want you to miss some of your important calls) and work in peace.If you have other distractions too now you know what to do 😉

Drink plenty of water.

Scientifically it has been proved drinking water while you work helps you increase your concentrations.Also Working on computers means spending long hours  in room,physicall inactiveness. This leads to dehydration.So drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.Remember  there are no substitutes for water.

5 more minute challenge.

Yah,this have been one of the most life changing practice for me.Basically,I adopted this idea from gym training (5 more reps) where we challenge our self for 5 more reps often to increase our progress and our strength.So I started following it in my life events too.Whenever I feel like shutting it down I challenge and holds my self for next 5 minute.I Suggest you to keep yourself at least at work for 5 min more while you feel of letting it go,hold on yourself for 5 more min into your screen.This will slowly increases your productivity.

Change your environment

I know it sounds dull but changing environment is one of the tips to trick your tired mind.When we stay in same area working forever and over periods of time our mind and body just gets tired.We feel boored sitting in up in a same place whole day so, just get up grab your gadgets and change your location.Moving into new locations sends out different vibes and energy and help you remain productive with your work.
